I have said this one before however I feel it should be repeated....I am very grateful for a great nights sleep!
So many people have trouble sleeping though the night because of pain, things on their minds, children to tend to and a host of other reasons. When I don't sleep well, it can really throw me off, effect my mood, my abilities, etc. Sunday night I was up every hour, needless to say, Monday was challenging. Last night, I slept awesome, went to bed early and got a good eight hours and feel like a champ today. I am very grateful for the sleep :):):)
